Past
The founders of RVLT Digital (now Big Time) had years of collective experience working in an advertising agency, tackling projects for both local and global clients. In 2018, a small group of like-minded colleagues decided to forge their own path.
We founded a new agency rooted in values we still swear by: putting quality and value at the forefront, thinking outside the box for new solutions, and fostering great relationships with clients and colleagues. We soon realized that even a small team could achieve great things.
Present
Over the years, we’ve grown into an agency with a global client base and a team of 60+ professionals. What began as a mainly digital focus has expanded into a much broader range of services.
We have the freedom to choose our direction and work on projects that truly make sense to us — without pressure from a parent company or shareholders. Clients don’t experience us as “just a supplier”. We work as partners and a steady support in building their business. And inside the team, we aim to create a friendly, collaborative, flexible environment where people can grow and let their talent stand out.
Right now, we’re in the middle of a rebrand — RVLT Digital is becoming Big Time — but the important things stay the same: our team, our approach, and the way we work with clients. The new name simply reflects what hasn’t changed: we do things properly, we aim high, and we grow alongside partners who share similar values.
Future
We're committed to finding new and innovative approaches. We're not afraid to take risks because we know that even if things don't go as planned, it's just another step towards growth.
Yet, as we continue to expand, we want to preserve what has been the foundation of our success: building strong and long-term relationships with clients and colleagues. We value an open environment with clear guidelines to keep us on track.

We are not part of a multinational network or corporation. We chart our own course.
A significant portion of our profits is reinvested into the company: into rewards, education, equipment, and shared experiences.
We don't take on work at any cost. We avoid tenders unless absolutely necessary. We've learned to say "no" to projects that conflict with our values or exceed our capacity. Building a partnership with our clients is essential to us.
At our company, compensation is determined by skills, experience, and dedication. We use a grading system to assess position levels and a salary policy that aligns with the market’s external competitiveness. Salaries are determined through data from external salary surveys, not estimates.
Several team members who left for new career challenges have returned to us.
While we focus on results and business growth, we support team members who need to slow down or are facing difficulties.
Our managers aren't just names in the business registry. They are involved in the daily workflow and share in all the joys and challenges of agency life.
